Frontier now offers a conversion package for the owners of KW, Cobey
and SCARAB hydraulic & belt drive windrow turners. Frontier's superior
drum and paddle action will transform your old turner into a much
stronger and more efficient turner.
Our Conversion package includes the following;
Complete Drum Replacement -We install the patented, (U.S. Patent #
5,586,731), Frontier drum and paddles.
Tunnel Modification - We replace the existing rubber or plastic
tunnel material with 1/4" steel plate. This enhances the performance
of our drum, eases cleaning, safer from flying projectiles, and prevents
hazardous buildup of material on the top deck.

Replace Exterior Skirting - To improve safety and appearance. Addition of a Tail Section - To allow control of material and air flow. Frontier's Premier Belt Drive Assembly - Replaces existing hydraulic
systems or poorly designed belt drive systems with FrontierŐs "auto
tensioning" belt adjusting system. New bearings and shivs, and enclose
belt drive assembly.
Hydraulic Rework - This includes inspecting and repairing, if necessary,
of the wheel drive pumps and motors, fixing leaks, replacing, and
rerouting hoses and other minor modifications. Planetary repair, if
so equipped, may incur an extra charge.
Structure Inspection and Repair - Frontier will weld stress cracks, strengthen weak areas and any other minor modifications deemed necessary for the success of the equipment. Electrical -Frontier will inspect and make minor repairs and adjustments to existing electrical system. Rewiring is not part of the conversion. Engine Work -New Air, oil and Fuel filters. "Re-Con" Engines available if necessary for an extra charge. Evaluate and Recommend - Upon arrival at our shop, Frontier will conduct a complete inspection to determine if any other repairs or enhancements need to be made. If so, Frontier will provide this evaluation and recommendation in writing to you before any work begins. Warranty - Equivalent to new machine. 1 year or 1,000 hours whichever occurs first.
